Counter-Strike bookmakers have MOUZ priced as 1.40 favourites to defeat Complexity, who enter the match as 2.75 underdogs. As the higher-rated team, MOUZ look stronger on paper, but Complexity haven’t been performing poorly this tournament.

  • MOUZ defeated Complexity in March
  • Complexity are still undefeated
  • MOUZ are expected to win

Head to Head

MOUZ and Complexity last met in March, during PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: Elimination Stage, when MOUZ won.

Complexity Form

Complexity have exceeded expectations with their performances at ESL Pro League Season 19. They defied all odds by winning Group D, with victories against Pera Esports (2-0), Heroic (2-1), and the reigning Major champions, Natus Vincere (2-1). But they didn’t stop there.

Complexity kept their wheels spinning in the playoffs, and made easy work of Virtus.pro (2-0), who they beat in the quarterfinals. Complexity showed up on the day, winning the series with 13-9 on Ancient and 13-3 on Vertigo, proving themselves as the better team.

So far, Complexity have looked nothing short of exceptional and their wins against Virtus.pro and Natus Vincere prove they’re more than ready to face any Counter-Strike esports team in the world.

MOUZ entered ESL Pro League Season 19 as one of the leading candidates to win the tournament and they’ve yet to steer away from that. The international squad won Group C without any major issues, beating Bad News Kangaroos (2-0), GamerLegion (2-0) and Team Liquid (2-0), and they’ve looked just as good in the playoffs.

In the knockout stage, MOUZ eliminated G2 Esports (2-1) with an impressive reverse-sweep, winning Vertigo and Nuke with 13-8 and 13-4, showing their ability to fight from behind. Seeing MOUZ do so well isn’t shocking as they’ve been in excellent form for most of the year.

However, while MOUZ have accomplished a lot more than Complexity, the latter have also never been in such great shape as they’re ahead of this match. And unless something changes, Complexity should be able to put up a strong resistance against MOUZ.

MOUZ Squad & Team News

  • Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek

MOUZ are widely considered as the better team in this matchup and that’s fair. They’ve accomplished a lot more this season and entered ESL Pro League Season 19 as one of the main favourites – unlike Complexity.

But Complexity have been exceptional this tournament, and with the performances they’ve shown recently, Complexity more than deserve to be viewed as a serious threat for MOUZ. Whether they can upset MOUZ is up to debate, but with the way Complexity have been playing recently, they should be good for at least one map.
