According to recent reports, Danish Counter-Strike player Emil "Magisk" Reif has agreed to join Team Falcons. The deal has yet to be officially confirmed by the player, Falcons, or Magisk's current team, Team Vitality.

The ongoing Counter-Strike roster shuffle is shaping up to be one of the most impactful and chaotic in recent years, and just days after it was revealed that Heroic's star players Jakob "jabbi" Nygaard and Martin "stavn" Lund are close to joining Astralis, another bombshell dropped.

According to rumours and reports from reliable sources, Magisk's deal to join Team Falcons is already done, marking another step towards Falcons' goal of forming the next Counter-Strike superteam. Saudi-backed esports organisation is already nearing the official signing of former Astralis and Team Vitality head coach Danny "zonic" Sørensen, who will reunite with Magisk, with whom zonic has won four Major titles.

Magisk is one of the most experienced and one of the most successful Counter-Strike players in the history of the game. He is mainly known for his time at Astralis, with who he won three CS Major titles, and then added another trophy with Team Vitality, which Magisk joined in January 2023 as a part of Vitality's project of forming an international roster.

It is also said that Team Falcons are after G2 Esports' superstar Nikola "NiKo" Kovać and Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer of ENCE. However, no deal has been made yet. If the planned roster doesn't work out, the Falcons are said to have eyes on G2's Illya "m0NESY" Osipov, who could also join the Falcons in a group deal with NiKo, allowing the young CS star to keep playing with the Bosnian teammate.

It's important to note that Team Falcons, despite being tied with zonic and Magisk, have yet to officially announce the roster changes. And it's likely that the team won't make any official announcements before it forms its new team. However, if the reports are correct, we might be witnessing the formation of the next Counter-Strike superteam.
