League of Legends betting sites have LNG Esports priced as 1.44 favourites to defeat Team WE who enter the match as 2.62 underdogs. Considering both teams have won seven series this split, there doesn't seem to be much of a quality difference, granted LNG are in good form.

  • LNG Esports have won their last three series
  • Team WE are on a three-game losing streak
  • A very important match for both teams

Head to Head

LNG Esports and Team WE have yet to meet this season.

Team WE Form

Team WE are 7-7 ahead of their clash with LNG Esports, meaning they're basically guaranteed to reach the playoffs. However, their form isn't great.

Team WE have lost their last four series against ThunderTalk Gaming, Top Esports, and Rare Atom, which is far from great. Losing to Top Esports isn't a big issue, but seeing Team WE drop series against Rare Atom and ThunderTalk Gaming raises some alarms.

Those outcomes aren't too surprising knowing how inconsistent Team WE have been this split. Yet this inconsistency also comes with an upside, as Team WE have produced some good games against stronger opponents.

Team WE Squad & Team News

No changes for Team WE.

  • Huang "Wayward" Ren-Xing – top lane
  • Yang "Heng" Cui-Heng - jungle
  • Chu "FoFo" Chun-Lan – mid lane
  • Guo "Stay" Yi-Yang – ADC
  • Liao "Iwandy" Ding-Yang – support

LNG Esports Form

LNG Esports haven't had a very good start to the season, but recently, they seem to have figured things out and actually look very competitive. They're on a three-game winning streak ahead of their clash with Team WE, having beaten Invictus Gaming, EDward Gaming, and Anyone's Legend.

Even though winning three in a row sounds impressive, LNG Esports haven't really taken down any great teams. In fact, LNG Esports haven't played a good team since the fourth week of the split, and still, they showed some cracks against weaker opponents.

This is a very talented roster which should've accomplished a lot more. But something isn't clicking, so even though LNG look strong, we have to acknowledge that it doesn't show on the Rift.

LNG Esports Squad & Team News

LNG Esports have not announced any changes.

  • Tang "Zika" Hua-Yu – top lane
  • Wei "Weiwei" Bo-Han – jungle
  • Lee "Scout" Ye-chan – mid lane
  • Chen "GALA" Wei – ADC
  • Fu "Hang" Ming-Hang – support

LNG Esports have looked better recently, but it's easy to look good when you're up against weaker opponents. So perhaps their improvement isn't actually an improvement as much as it's a result of an easier schedule.

Both teams need this win, and regardless of what their recent figures might suggest, they've been playing equally as well (or bad?). This makes the match close to a coin flip and with side choice, Team WE are a more interesting choice, especially at the offered odds.
