Brazilian esports organisation Fluxo have joined the Rainbow Six Siege esports competitive scene on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. As confirmed, Fluxo will compete in the domestic Brazil League, fielding known names from the scene.

Fluxo's new Rainbow Six Siege project will be led by former FaZe Clan player Leonardo "Astro" Luis, who linked up with the ex-MIBR duo Luca "LuKid" Sereno and Enzo "Rappz" Aziz. Rounding up the new roster are Keyd Stars Academy duo of Vitor "Hashasky" Kubota and Mitrix, who join Fluxo with little to no experience competing at the top level.

Astro, Rappz, and LuKid previously played together during the second split of Brazil League under E1 Sports banner, however, they failed to accomplish much. The team ended Brazil League 2023 Stage 2 in sixth place and crashed out of the Brazil League 2023 - Stage 2 LCQ in seventh.

Still, Fluxo's new roster holds some promise, combining experienced veteran players and two young talents who were put in a perfect environment to develop.

Astro, in particular, is a huge signing for Fluxo, as one of the most successful Brazilian Rainbow Six Siege players. He made a name for himself during his five-year-long stint with FaZe Clan, with who he reached the finals of Pro League Season 8 – Finals, placed third at Six Invitational 2022, and added a silver and gold medal from Six Berlin Major 2022 and Six Sweden Major 2021.

Since leaving FaZe Clan, Astro has played for E1 Sports but hasn't appeared in a single official match since he left E1 Sports in October 2023. Likewise, his former teammates, LuKid and Rappz haven't found a new home since E1 disbanded.

Fluxo's new roster has already played a tournament together under the name Deregados Team at RUSH SERIES Summer in January. They reached the semifinals but lost against their former team and eventual champions, E1 Sports.

Fluxo will debut their new roster in Brazil League 2024 - Stage 1, which is set to begin on March 16, 2024. The tournament will welcome ten Brazilian Rainbow Six Siege esports teams, vying for the lion's share of the $186,777 prize pool and direct invites to BLAST R6 Major Manchester 2024.
