On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, W7M esports made an announcement regarding their Rainbow Six Siege roster for the 2024 season. The news comes shortly after W7M esports sold its entire roster to FURIA Esports.

W7M esports was the clear best Rainbow Six Siege team of 2023. The Brazilian side started the season with a silver medal from Six Invitational 2023, to which they added a trophy from BLAST R6 Major Copenhagen 2023 and a semifinal appearance at Gamers8 2023. They ended the year with another Major title from BLAST R6 Major Atlanta 2023 and Six Invitational 2024.

Even though W7M failed to win a single domestic title, they placed third in Stage 1 and second in Stage 2. However, even their lack of domestic success didn’t prevent W7M from dominating international events, solidifying themselves as the world’s best team with a dominant run at Six Invitational 2024.

However, following their spectacular run through the 2023 season, W7M esports decided to sell their entire lineup to FURIA Esports. This sparked the debate on whether W7M esports will rebuild and who the team will sign to represent the organisation in 2024.

Now, a couple of weeks later, we have the answer, as W7M esports unveiled its new lineup, which includes known faces from the local Rainbow Six Siege scene.

As confirmed, W7M esports’ lineup will include the former LOS core of João "Dotz" Miranda, Júlio "L0BIN" Gabriel, and Leonardo "d4sh" Lopes, who were left without a home after LOS disbanded their roster on March 7.

Joining the trio are former E1 Sports player Denis "Dodez" Navas and ex-Team Liquid player Gabriel "volpz" Fernandes, who returns to W7M esports after departing the team in February 2023, when he signed for Team Liquid.

Former Black Dragons analyst Bruno "thug" Ferreira and ex-LOS coach Gustavo "Norris" Junior will take over the coaching positions with W7M esports, who now field a new lineup with many pieces of now-disbanded LOS lineup.

W7M esports will debut their new lineup in Brazil League 2024 - Stage 1, which is set to kick off on March 16, 2024. Along with W7M esports’ new roster, we’ll also get to see Fluxo, who recently entered the R6S esports scene with a new squad.
