As the 2023 Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) season slowly comes to a close, with the VALORANT Champions 2023 in the United States, Riot Games unveiled big plans for the offseason. As announced by the VCT organiser, there will be over 40 Valorant esports events across the news for four months, split across all regions.

As confirmed on Saturday, August 12, Riot Games has planned over 40 Valorant esports events for the remainder of the year, set to take place during the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) offseason. Dubbed the OFF//SEASON, which will begin after VALORANT Champions 2023 and stretch through January, the next four months will be filled with Valorant esports action spanning show matches, open qualifiers, and LAN events across Americas, APAC, and EMEA.

This, however, is just the first of many announcements Riot Games has planned over the next few weeks, with more information about the structure of Challengers, Global Events, and International Play in 2024 set to be revealed later this month.
