The Call of Duty League (CDL) 2025 season reaches the end of the final stage on Friday, May 23, with CDL 2025 Major 4, where 12 squads will battle it out for the final tickets leading to the CDL 2025 Championship.

The fourth and final CDL Major of the season is also billed as the most exciting of the year, with only four CDL Championship 2025 tickets left on the table and six squads who are left in the race to grab them.
Set to begin on Friday and culminate on Sunday, May 25, CDL 2025 Major 4 will play out over 18 best-of series, including 17 BO5 clashes and BO7 finals, where the top two CoD esports squads will battle it out for the throne.
Like the previous Major, CDL 2025 Major 4 will offer a $375,000 prize pool and coveted CDL Points, which will determine which squads will join LA Thieves, Atlanta FaZe, Toronto Ultra, and Vancouver Surge in the season-culminating CDL Champs.

When Does the CDL 2025 Major 4 Start?
CDL 2025 Major 4 is scheduled to begin on Friday, May 23, and conclude on Sunday, May 25, with a best-of-seven (BO7) grand final.
CDL 2025 Major 4 Format
The format for the fourth and final Major of the 2025 CDL season has remained unchanged from the previous Majors.
The event will again welcome all 12 CDL teams, seeded into a double-elimination bracket based on their placement in the online stage.
The top eight teams from the qualifiers were placed into the upper bracket, while the bottom four teams will begin their CDL 2025 Major 4 campaign in the lower bracket.
All matches are played as best-of-five (BO5), except for the grand final, which will be best-of-seven (BO7).

What is the CDL 2025 Major 4 Prize Pool?
The fourth Major of the CDL 2025 season will offer the same prize pool ($375,000) as the third Major.
The total pot will be divided among the top eight teams, who will also receive their share of CDL Points.

Even though FaZe defeated Los Angeles Thieves earlier this stage, they have been showing some cracks, namely with their loss to Cloud9 New York during the qualifiers.
LA Thieves have been more stable, and as the defending Major champions, they are billed as the team to beat in Dallas, Texas, which makes sense.
Sitting behind the leading two contenders are OpTic Texas (6.50), who have had quite a resurgence following the most recent roster rebuild.
They’ve just finished their best online stage of the season and seem to be in great shape ahead of the final Major of 2025; however, it is hard to tell whether they will manage to translate their online form to a LAN setting.
For Toronto Ultra (7.50) and Vancouver Surge (8.50), the main question is quite the opposite.
Both teams had solid performances in the last two Majors – Ultra collected two bronze medals while Vancouver Surge made the finals in Stages 2 and 3. However, both teams looked rough during the online stage, and there is no telling whether they will manage to bounce back offline.
Miami Heretics (11.00) are an interesting team. They showed some signs of life in CDL 2025 Major 3 (4th place) and looked incredible in Major 4 qualifiers, which they finished as the only unbeaten team.
Having proven their worth online, the eyes are now on Miami Heretics, who will need to prove to the world that they can be just as efficient on LAN.

Atlanta FaZe won the first two Majors of the season, before they slipped in Major 3 with a fifth-sixth-place finish. Now, they enter the final Major with a chip on their shoulder, hoping to outperform their rivals, the LA Thieves and win their third crown.
It would not be the most shocking thing to see that happen. Their Search & Destroy and Control is incredible heading to the Major with a combined record of 10-1, but they need to improve on Hardpoint, especially against stronger opponents.
