Scheduled for April 21-27, the IEM Melbourne 2025 will be held at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia, as the seventh S-Tier CS2 event of the year.

Sixteen of the world’s top-rated squads will travel to the Land Down Under to compete for the lion’s share of the $300,000 prize pool and showcase their strength ahead of BLAST Rivals Spring 2025.

All 16 participating teams got invited to attend the event based on their Valve Regional Standing (VRS) position on February 25, forming a stacked lineup of squads who will battle it out live in front of an Australian crowd.

The tournament will begin with a group stage featuring two double-elimination (GSL) format groups, each with eight teams. All group stage fixtures will be played as best-of-three (BO3), with the top three teams from each group advancing to the playoffs.

Playoffs are single-elimination with quarterfinals and semifinals played as BO3. The grand final is a best-of-five (BO5).

Succeeding YaLLa Compass Qatar 2025, IEM Melbourne 2025 is a Counter-Strike 2 tournament no esports fan should miss, promising a week of top-tier CS2 action and plenty of betting opportunities to explore with the best esports betting sites.
