VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) 2025 China is the first of four VCT regional leagues to enter the second stage of the 2025 season with VCT 2025 China Stage 2.

Scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 3, the league will feature the same 12 squads that competed in the first two events of the year, only this time the stakes are higher than ever.

They had a slow start to the year, but showed up in Stage 1, then placed fourth at the VALORANT China Evolution Series Act 2 x ACL and even secured a bronze medal from VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025, effectively making them the most successful VCT China team of the year.

The defending champions, XLG Esports (6.00), are not expected to do as well in Stage 2.

While their run in the first stage was considered a fluke, that became less believable after XLG's poor showing in Toronto, raising a huge question mark over them and their chances of repeating their success in the final stage of the year.

Bilibili Gaming (8.00) join the list of strong candidates to do well in VCT 2025 China Stage 2. Like XLG, they did not show much in VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025, but BLG placed third in VCT Kickoff and second in Stage 1, proving they can perform on home soil.

The four are the only teams priced at single digits, and in betting terms, the only four teams who are given a realistic chance to contest the VCT 2025 China Stage 2 trophy.
