ECSTATIC Sign TMB

On Monday, September 23, ECSTATIC announced the arrival of TMB, who is the first signing the Danish CS esports team have made since the arrival of Tauson on July 11. However, the latest arrival has now found himself on the chopping block as he gets replaced by a 22-year-old in-game leader from Preasy Esports.

Tauson has reportedly already found a new home at an unnamed organisation; however, some speculations are pointing towards GamerLegion as his next stop.

TMB joins ECSTATIC as a fairly experienced player who started his Counter-Strike esports career in April 2017 with Marienlyst Esports. TMB has played for a few notable organisations throughout his career, including AGF Esports, Copenhagen Flames, MAD Lions, and, most recently, Preasy Esports.

Most of his success came under the Copenhagen Flames banner, yet TMB also made some noise at the end of 2023. He led Preasy Esports to a bronze medal at CCT Season 1 Online Finals #3, and in November, he won CCT Season 1 Online Finals #4 – marking his biggest career accomplishment yet.

Over the last year, success was hard to come by for the 22-year-old, as he failed to lead Preasy Esports to more than two tournament titles at European Pro League Season 13 and Season 14.

Preasy disbanded at the end of March after a failed run through ESL Challenger at DreamHack Summer 2024: European Open Qualifier. Since then, TMB has played for various stacks and stood in for MOUZ NXT at CCT Season 2 European Series #8 and Elisa Invitational Fall 2024, in which he finished in ninth-16th and ninth-12th-place finishes. 

Across the two series, the Dane has averaged the roster’s worst ratings at 0.81 and 0.86.

TMB played his debut on the same day of the signing when ECSTATIC faced off against FAVBET at CCT Season 2 Europe Series 12. ECSTATIC won the series 2-0, and TMB averaged the highest performance rating on the server, at 1.34.
