On Thursday, October 17, Chinese esports organisation JieJieHao announced the arrival of Áron "Aaron" Homoki and Bebu "Bibu" Aadil. Along with the signing of the two players, JieJieHao also revealed that Issa “ISSA” Murad is re-joining the Counter-Strike lineup after three weeks.

JieJieHao have finalised their Counter-Strike lineup with the addition of former PERA duo, who have been looking for a new home since the disbandment of Qiant – who they played for after leaving PERA at the start of August.

As confirmed, Aaron will take over for Markus "Kjaerbye" Kjærbye as the new in-game leader of the team, replacing the Dane who was benched in August. Meanwhile, Bibu will replace Osama “0SAMAS” Orabi, who found himself benched after spending just four months with the team.

0SAMAS started his esports career in January 2024, when he played for Onxy Ravens, before signing for JieJieHao. With the Chinese Counter-Strike esports team, he has made a name for himself as one of the top prospects in the region, averaging a 1.47 performance rating over the four months.

While 0SAMA’s departure is shocking, the most notable announcement was the return of ISSA, who left the team three weeks after JieJieHao’s failed run through the Shanghai Major Asia RMR qualifiers.
The Jordanian esports player revealed that he decided to return after settling disagreements with the Chinese team.

With ISSA’s return and the arrival of two new players, JieJieHao now field a complete Counter-Strike roster, however, it remains to be seen when the new-look lineup will debut.

The Chinese team have had a rough run though the 2024 esports season, failing to win a single tournament.

While they have found some success in regional qualifiers, JieJieHao did not make it through PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: Asia-Pacific RMR and recently placed fifth-sixth at Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024: Middle Eastern Qualifier.
