YaLLa Compass Announces Event Locations For 2025

As part of YaLLa Compass’ expansion of its presence in the esports world, the tournament organiser announced its plans for 2025. In the blog post, YaLLa revealed the next two LAN Counter-Strike events, which will take place in Qatar from April 15-20 and in the United Arab Emirates from November 18-23. 

As stated, these events will mark the “next chapter” in YaLLa Compass’s journey to establish itself a s premier global esports circuit.

With the announcement of the next two LAN events, YaLLa Compass plans to build on the success of the 2024 circuit and commit to raising the bar even higher in years to come. 

That includes improvements for viewers and the participating teams, who can look forward to eight round-trip flight tickets for smoother and more comfortable travel and improved accommodation experience in premium hotels.

However, YaLLa Compass 2025 is not only about the competition but also about building a foundation for a strong community and ecosystem that will support the growth of esports in the region. To achieve that, YaLLa Compass intends to improve fan engagement, support teams in their efforts to bring their fans along for the journey, and offer more content creation opportunities.

Ultimately, YaLLa Compass expressed its intentions to build the groundwork to become a long-term circuit, with plans to expand to even more events in 2026 and beyond through B2B events.

While the tournament organiser has big plans for the future, most of its plans remain unknown. That said, YaLLa Compass has confirmed the next two LAN Counter-Strike events, which are set for April and November 2025.

Qatar will host the first 2025 tournament on April 15-20, preceding the second competition, which is set to take place in the United Arab Emirates on November 18-23. The tournaments are likely to follow a similar format than the 2024 competitions.

YaLLa Compass Summer 2024 Counter-Strike tournament is underway as the teams get ready to enter the second round of the main stage. The event will continue until Wednesday when the top two teams will clash in the grand final for the lion’s share of the $25,000 prize pool. 

The top two teams will also receive direct invites to Qatar '25 Closed Qualifiers, which will take place in early 2025.
