Earlier this month, 9z attended Intel Extreme Masters Rio 2024, where they placed last with two defeats against Team Vitality and Virtus.pro. Even before their trip to Rio de Janeiro, 9z have not shown much, with two wins over a five-game stretch, which includes defeats against The MongolZ and twice against 3DMAX.

In their defence, 9z Team have lost to Counter-Strike teams stronger than ENCE. But that's a rather poor excuse to believe they should be priced as 1.45 favourites for this match.

After a long streak of poor performances, ENCE decided to rebuild their lineup with two young players Kacper "xKacpersky" Gabara and Ryan "Neityu" Aubry, who joined the team on Friday.

The duo have yet to play a game for ENCE, so it is hard to say how they will gel or how this squad will do, but given their past results, ENCE can only go up from here.

Neityu and xKacpersky have both proven themselves in their previous teams and look like a good fit for ENCE, who were in dire need of changes. And while there are some concerns with making changes just a week before the tournament, things can't get much worse for ENCE.
