Despite their recent success, Ninjas in Pyjamas have not been very good in the summer split, and that is saying it lightly. Especially when faced with top teams, NiP consistently fell apart, and their victory against JD Gaming was nothing more than an exception to the rule of NiP having no business beating any at least semi-capable LoL esports team.

They did show a good game against Weibo Gaming, at least the one map they won. But outside of the upset against JDG and one map against Weibo Gaming, NiP have looked terrible.

The fact of the matter is that Ninjas in Pyjamas are not that great, or even good, when faced with other top contenders. And if we look past their upset against JDG earlier this month, then it's very easy to find more than a few reasons to fade them at this price.
