The 3rd-placed team will play the 4th-seed, the loser of that will play the fifth-seed. All games in this stage will be BO5.

The playoffs will use an AFL bracket, with all games played as BO7. The top four teams from the Swiss Stage will start with two chances before the Final Four. Teams ranked 5th through 8th will start with one chance.
